Richard Foreman

Richard started his estate agency career in South West London in the mid 1980’s before moving to Goddard and Smith, a long established firm of chartered surveyors based in Central London. During his time at Goddard and Smith, Richard managed the residential division and gained experience in all aspects of the residential and commercial property market, working with the firm’s extensive client base that included British Land, J Sainsbury and many large privately owned property portfolios.
In 1996, Richard co established Foreman King and soon built up a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity and a customer focused business providing clients with bespoke and results driven service. As well as becoming very active in the South Buckinghamshire area, Richard continued to act for many London and internationally based clients, building up and managing many large, high-value buy-to-let and commercial property portfolios, as well as advising and acting for clients on acquisitions of a wide variety of properties.
